The recent global challenges have illustrated that in many service industries, employees do not need to be physically present in company spaces to work effectively. Remote work, or the new home office model, has proven remarkably successful. Utilizing platforms like Teams, we’ve discovered that training sessions can often be more impactful than traditional face-to-face meetings in company premises, which can come with high costs. While not everything can be shifted to remote work, a significant portion can be, offering a more modern approach that engages all senses.
