Remote work, or the new home office model, has proven remarkably successful. Utilizing platforms like Teams, we’ve discovered that training sessions can often be more impactful than traditional face-to-face meetings in company premises, which can come with high costs. While not everything can be shifted to remote work, a significant portion can be, offering a more modern approach that engages all senses.
